Nothing like old school rock to start your day.
Let me tell you about today's lunch, shall I?
Sweet potato pie. White soup with veggies. Bread with chocolate sauce. An apple slice. The kids made fun at me for eating my "desert" (the apple) before the sweet potato pie. I told them it was as if half of the meal was a desert and I liked the sweet potato pie best so that was my desert. They looked at me funny and then quizzed me on anime I knew. They were impressed with my Dragon Ball Z knowledge. Although I can never say the name right. So, pop quiz! Who won? Cell or Goku? And I said Gohan. Cuz he did, Goku was ded at the time, and I win.
Also, Jeanelle, the Stephanie Plum novel is awesome. Just the right amount of fluff surrounded by so much 90s it hurts my head. Thank you for the recommendation.
The diet continues, but less strictly, so I don't know how well it'll go. My goal is to eat around 400 calories for dinner (I figure around 700 are in that "well balanced meal" called school lunch and I eat around 100 for breakfast). This is hard. I'm currently eating pineapple for dinner along with some sushi (4 pieces). It looks so small, and I get hungry :*(
