I need your thoughts. Your prayers if that's what you do. Or your good juju. Or your good thoughts or intentions or just positive thinking.

I need the typhoon to go WEST.

I need the typhoon to NOT hit Miyako.

I need the typhoon to hit Taiwan and continue straight on to China.

This weekend is Miyako Matsuri. There are 3 festivals going on this weekend. Events all over the island. It's my last big cultural weekend here, and ALL of the events are outside. All of the events will get canceled if the typhoon hits us.

Right now were in danger for the center of the storm this Friday, but there's a good chance it will also miss us.

The events this weekend are the reason I'm not going to Ishigaki to see my friends there one last time. But if the typhoon hits, I wouldn't be able to fly anyway. If the typhoon hits that weekend will be full of the suck.
